Job Description

Part Time (2/3 or 3/4 with option of expanding responsibilities) Office management responsibilities including organizing and coordinating office administrative tasks, maintaining student records, coordinating social media. The administrative assistant is the first contact for all inquiries to the school. Required Skills: Excellent English, Familiarity with school/student management software, Proficient in Word, Excel, Attention to Detail, Ability to muti-task, Excellent organizational skills required.
