This is a part-time position for an energetic multi-tasker in an educational setting. The assistant provides support to the Director of Education and oversees administrative tasks for the school.
Responsibilities include some of the following:
• Generate reports and updates of student records • Set up classrooms and attendance in database categories • Manage correspondence to families • Register students in database and maintain family information • Coordinate school registration online • General awareness of school budget. • Maintain payroll for teachers and student support staff • Track receipts for credit card itemization
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required. Database experience is a plus. Salary DOE.
*This position will start primarily in a remote setting and shift to a partial in-person work as the organization monitors the ongoing health crisis. The office is currently closed to the public and school has been virtual for the current year.
