Accounts Payable
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Accounts Payable, recording, reviewing and account management • Payroll Review/Recording/Reconciling • Tracking retirement plan within payroll process • Full bank reconciliations • Accruals and Deferrals • Cash Flow • Compliance • Year-end audit • Pledge/invoice reminders • Maintain state registrations • General ledger journal entries and analyses • Payment request authorizations • Respond to all vendor and staff inquiries • Assist with preparation of work papers for annual audit • Perform other duties as assigned
