Modern Orthodox shul in Northwest New Jersey seeks a Program Director to create a vibrant program for children, teens and families. We are looking for a self-starter with camp/ youth leadership and/or teaching experience, who can build relationships with our young children, teens and their families. The candidate will: Serve as a positive role model, assist with Shabbat and holiday programming. Create Jewish learning experiences and implement key events and programs to corresponds with the Jewish calendar. Develop Budget for events and programs. Engage parents and recruit parent volunteers for events Plan programs for teens Attend weekly Shabbat and Yom Tov services, as well as Saturday night and Sunday programs depending on the event schedule
Salary : $20-25,000 depending on experience
