As a member of Ekar’s senior staff, the Community Outreach and Programs Manager is responsible for developing and creating the education and public engagement of Ekar Farm. This includes leading collaborations with food systems organizations, environmental justice groups, congregational green teams, schools and other groups. It also includes supervising an Outreach and Programs Coordinator, managing interns and seasonal staff, and writing or contributing to relevant grant applications.
