Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Recruiting candidates for open positions. This includes posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling in person interviews, and handling new hire paperwork.
-Seek approvals from executives for all personnel changes, and process changes accordingly.
-Employment verification
-Insurance: offer medical, dental, and vision insurance to all qualified employees; process enrollment paperwork, inform payroll of deduction amount, collect and record COBRA payments, and review monthly insurance bills for accuracy
-Process disability and FMLA paperwork for eligible employees
-Handle Aflac benefits
-Handle Liability insurance, accident insurance, crime policy, etc.
-Collect information for and submit monthly new hire reports to ACS
-Create org charts and job descriptions
-Deal with employee grievances
-Daily office tasks
Qualification & Requirements:
-Minimum-Bachelor's degree / Master’s preferred
-Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse background and cultural population
-Ability to manage cases without constant or direct supervision
-Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
-Ability to have good working relationship with supervisors, staff, and outside personnel
-Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
