The office assistant is key to the school's success and will support the director, staff, parents and students. Responsibilities include administration and office management. greeting and welcoming visitors, maintaining the school's database, handling an environment with frequent interruptions. using office equipment, having a willingness to learn new programs and preparing documents for faculty, parents and students. Ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and know how to prioritize. Must also have excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor. Knowledge of Microsoft office a must.
