We seek a full-time Strategic Data Associate to help strengthen Hadar’s data quality and ability to make data driven decisions. The Associate will also deepen Hadar’s engagement and recruitment strategies across all programs, and act as a core member of our data and engagement teams. This person will report into our Associate Director of Operations. This is a remote position, NYC preferred.
Hadar’s programs are at a significant growth moment. The Strategic Data Specialist will play a key role in Hadar’s work engaging diverse audiences across the world. This position will explore our data in order to extrapolate trends and build creative strategy to broaden our networks and increase participation in individual programs, as well as more broadly advance our organizational mission.
Core Responsibilities:
Core member of Hadar’s Operations Team, working to maintain and upgrade the data quality of our CRM Core member of Hadar’s Engagement Team, working with our data to brainstorm and execute recruitment strategies for Hadar’s public programs Pull and interpret data from Salesforce to promote data driven decision making organization wide, with a special eye toward engagement and recruitment Help build and manage systems to monitor and gather data across the organization to ensure accurate reporting Explore broader questions around our data to better understand our constituencies, trends, and reach Qualifications:
Ability to interpret data to use it intentionally within the organization Enjoys creating and implementing new systems Comfort with learning new technologies Highly organized and responsible Detail oriented with an ability to also zoom out to see the bigger picture Ability to utilize data management systems effectively including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics Has a flexible and collaborative spirit, someone who will help to create a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
