The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to support the Campaign Department. This position will support 3 Campaign professionals in the administrative aspect of their roles. This is a partnership between the Administrative Assistant and the Campaign professionals.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years Administrative support experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, experience with mail merge Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work with many people and departments Database maintenance – inputting new records experience Organized, with attention to details Flexible to work nights and weekends
