The coordinator will support AMIT’s marketing team and marketing initiatives, including reporting, scheduling, posting, writing documents, and assisting with administrative needs. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Tracking e-communication performance and writing campaign and monthly reports • Posting and managing performance on social media • Scheduling email communications • Overseeing incoming project requests and scheduling kick offs • Liaising with external vendors and internal development team on behalf of marketing • Project management • Coordinating travel, scheduling meetings • Capturing notes and creating meeting recaps

Candidate must have computer skills, including full working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Word/Outlook/Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Campaign Monitor, Asana, and social media management a plus.
