JOB DESCRIPTION: Temple Israel, Lawrence is looking for a skilled, motivated, highly technical live broadcast professional with a passion for providing high-quality live event coverage to Live Stream our weekly Friday night services, holiday, and other events from our sanctuary. Ideal candidates will be strong communicators and have a keen eye for detail. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and correct audio and video quality issues to ensure proper streaming Troubleshoot technology issues and production problems logically, calmly and efficiently. Communicate key information with Executive Director Understand and respond to Executive Director’s or his designee concerns and issues with video streams Commonly work Friday nights (two hours) and Jewish holidays Utilizing our technology and software used for our live streaming platforms to physical produce live streaming. Run each live stream from front to back, simulcasting on Zoom, YouTube and/or Facebook, live switching cameras and audio, running on multiple platforms, and ensuring smooth and seamless operation between all channels and streams. Maintaining equipment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1-2 years experience with live productions preferred 1-2 years experience with audiovisual production preferred Familiarity with Blackmagic Design's ATEM Television Studio HD preferred Familiarity with production switchers preferred Familiarity with PTZ cameras preferred Basic understanding of mixing audio and managing audio level for a broadcast Process driven and detail oriented Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills TECHNOLOGIES/EQUIPMENT: Apple Mac Mini with M1 Chip KanexPro 1x2 HDMI Splitter
