Administrator for Fast Paced Non Profit supporting Israel.
International women’s nonprofit organization located in Bay Harbor Islands seeks full time Administrative Assistant. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills; able to handle fast paced environment. The position works in tandem with the organizations development team and reports to the USA Regional Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities • Implement and maintain campaigns • Integrate solicitation plans into organizations’ major events • Responsible for identifying donors, corporations and foundations for purposes of solicitation • Prepare data for annual Journal publication • Provide onsite support at all organizations’ fund raising events • Prepare reports and analyze giving history • Provide outstanding customer service to all prospects and donors. • Identify and schedule solicitation meetings for new and existing donors • Assist in meeting assigned fundraising goals as determined by Development Chairperson and Board of Directors. • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be able to cultivate relationships with organization volunteers, potential and current donors. • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills • Experienced in The Raiser’s Edge Database a plus • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of Jewish philanthropy, culture and traditions.
• Minimum: Bachelor degree • Entry or 1 to 2 years related experience
