Position Summary:
Jewish Union Foundation is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to work closely with staff to help facilitate growth for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is Full- Time and based in the 5 Towns.
Responsibilities Include:
-Attending Life Plan Meetings
-Developing and updating Staff Action Plans
-Provide training to staff on techniques and strategies needed for dealing with behaviors
-Provide instruction for goal implementation
-Documentation of services
-Reviewing and updating paperwork, including Person-Specific Profiles
-Connecting with Families and Care Managers
-Conducting intakes and appropriate follow-up
-Provide Clinical Supervision of Social Work Interns
Qualifications Requirements:
-LCSW or LMSW required
-Experience working with individuals with disabilities
-Effective Communicator
-Ability to work well with others
-Strong clinical knowledge
-In process of taking or willingness to become SIFI-certified
Preferred Qualifications:
-SIFI certified -3 years of supervisory experience
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000.
