The Hadar Institute is committed to deepening the educational experience for day school students, educators, leaders and families. We do that through several initiatives. Hadar’s Pedagogy of Partnership (PoP) provides cutting-edge professional development and programming to Jewish day schools across the country. Maimonides Moot Court Competition (MMCC) and Devash provide engaging content and programming to young people. We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven individual to join our growing team and support this work.

This position will serve as the primary point of contact for schools interested in engaging with Hadar through any number of opportunities. This role focuses on leading recruitment for programs, stewarding relationships with day schools, and serving as a key ambassador for our work in the field.

This is a highly collaborative, outward-facing role that requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of school environments, and the ability to work seamlessly across teams within the broader Hadar organization. Familiarity with data tracking tools and Google Workspace is essential.

This is a remote position with preference for someone based in a Hadar region, such as Boston, Chicago, DC, Los Angeles, or New York. This position requires some domestic travel.

Responsibilities:

Identify and implement strategic priorities to recruit schools for Hadar engagement, including PoP, MMCC, Devash, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current partner schools through regular communications, check-ins and school visits
Lead recruitment and onboarding of new schools to PoP and corresponding communications and marketing across platforms.
Manage educator alumni programming
Represent Hadar at the Prizmah conference and other relevant events

Able to manage both short- and long-term projects independently
Experience with google workspace, Salesforce and data tracking tools
Preferred Experience

5–7 years of experience, ideally in a school or Jewish educational setting
Experience working on or with school leadership teams
Familiarity with Hebrew language and text preferred
Additional Notes:

Must be available to work East Coast hours
Requires reliable high-speed internet and some travel

Minimum starting salary is $80,000. Senior candidates invited to apply.
