Key Responsibilities: Admissions: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and guide them through the admissions process Plan and coordinate school tours, open houses, and admissions events Maintain admissions database and track inquiries, applications, and enrollment metrics Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a welcoming and seamless admissions experience Marketing: Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase enrollment and community engagement Manage website content, email communications, and social media platforms Create digital and print marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional campaigns Partner with school leadership to promote school values, achievements, and events to internal and external audiences
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or related roles (preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting) Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Finalsite, Blackbaud, HubSpot) Knowledge of or connection to Jewish culture, values, and community a strong plus Warm, professional, and highly organized with a passion for community building
