Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Office Administrator to join our team as a temp! You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and Clergy to help bring synagogue programs and events to life while keeping our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is warm, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, community-centered environment. Responsibilities: ● New and Existing Projects: Projects and Programs ○ Create and coordinate marketing materials to ensure strong community awareness and participation. ○ Oversee logistics

Social Media & Marketing: In partnership with your colleague update media platforms with new and exciting promotion of materials. Design flyers, emails, and social media posts with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics. Ensure the promotion of these events. ○ Support the coordination and implementation of communications and marketing efforts, including, website content, and email marketing ○ Craft engaging stories and posts ● Customer Service: Support in managing the “front desk”. Answering calls etc. ● Membership: Database management for Shul Membership Directory & membership profiles. ● Send baby baskets/meal train, new member onboarding and management ● Support the Youth Directors by helping to book vendors, create flyers and coordinate as necessary. ● Calendar Management
