• Designing and implementing a dynamic religious school curriculum that integrates Jewish history, culture, language, and values into engaging educational activities and experiences. • Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating a team of religious school educators, including Special Education Coordinator, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality instruction. • Evaluating teachers and staff by observation and providing feedback on a regular basis. • Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, fosters a love for Hebrew language and Jewish heritage, and promotes meaningful connections with Jewish traditions and practices. • Establishing strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to ensure open lines of communication, solicit feedback, and encourage their active involvement in the religious school program. • Building and executing cohesive family programming. • Communicating with families regarding student progress, program updates, and upcoming events. • Staying updated on current trends and best practices in Jewish education and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.
