Job Description

The organization is seeking a Director of Recruitment to lead and scale its internal talent acquisition function. This leader will oversee a team of internal recruiters responsible for hiring Nurse Practitioners and Care Coordinators across multiple states. The Director of Recruitment will drive strategy, optimize processes, strengthen sourcing pipelines, and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes that support the company's rapid growth in the long-term care and nursing home sector. This role requires a hands-on, metrics-driven leader who can coach recruiters, partner with operations and clinical leadership, and build a high-performing recruitment engine capable of meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of five recruiters responsible for NP and Care Coordinator hiring • Develop and execute recruitment strategy aligned with organizational growth goals • Build strong sourcing pipelines for clinical and care-coordination roles • Implement standardized processes for screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements • Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive accountability across the team • Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) usage and ensure accurate, timely data entry • Improve candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding • Support compensation benchmarking and offer development • Lead recruiter training on sourcing, interviewing, and compliance best practices • Manage vendor relationships including job boards and sourcing platforms • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and credentialing requirements • Prepare recruitment reports for executive leadership • Drive continuous improvement across all hiring workflows

Qualifications: • 5+ years of recruitment leadership experience, preferably in healthcare • Proven success hiring Nurse Practitioners, clinicians, or care-coordination roles • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters • Strong understanding of healthcare hiring compliance and credentialing • Ability to manage high-volume, multi-state recruitment pipelines • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills • Data-driven approach with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
