The Clinical Coordinator for the MS Pathologists' Assistant (PathA) Program works closely with the Program Director, Clinical Education Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and student support across the academic and clinical phases of the program.
Responsibilities:
• Support clinical rotation site placement, student onboarding, and site affiliations; manage clinical rotation documents and communications
• Maintain the program catalog, accreditation documents, and course scheduling; support admissions and program events
• Coordinate student evaluations of clinical rotations, tabulate results, and support curriculum improvement; teach courses in area(s) of expertise
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred); 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in education or healthcare
• Familiarity with medical terminology and surgical/anatomic pathology preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills and interpersonal ability
Salary & Benefits:
