Job Description

Keshet's Board Certified Behavior Analyst supports students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth at Keshet @ Solomon Schechter Day School in Northbrook — providing high-quality behavioral services, clinical guidance, and ongoing coaching in a community where people of all abilities learn, play, work, and grow together.

Responsibilities: • Observe students and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for students with behavior concerns • Create behavior plans, ABA programs, and skill-building programs, and assist school staff with implementation • Meet with families, teachers, and administration to discuss treatment and progress • Work directly with students presenting complex and challenging behaviors • Provide professional development for certified and non-certified staff

Qualifications: • Master's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field • Behavior Analyst licensure (or license-eligible) in the state of Illinois • Minimum 3 years of experience working with students with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral challenges • Knowledge of Judaics helpful; valid driver's license required

Salary: $75,000-$87,000. Benefits include holiday pay, paid sick time, PTO, tuition reimbursement, healthcare/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, and 401k with employer matching.
