Provide one-on-one, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through daily programming, community access, and individualized care — helping each person build skills, stay safe, and participate meaningfully in their community.
Responsibilities: • Support Community Access Group services, daily activities, volunteer sites, and community outings • Assist with personal care, hygiene, health monitoring, and activities of daily living • Maintain daily documentation: goal tracking, behavior tracking, attendance, and progress notes • Transport clients in an agency vehicle and support safe community participation
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred • Valid Georgia driver's license, privately insured vehicle, and working cell phone • Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus after successful completion of 90 days. Benefits include up to 20 days PTO, paid holidays, health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid parental leave.
