The Program Manager ensures the program meets all contract requirements and metrics while overseeing all clients and monitoring service progress — representing the program to the funding entity, school district, and community partners. Supervises Site Coordinators, Social Emotional Learning Specialists, and Family Advocates.
Responsibilities: • Manage the program budget, contract requirements, and fiscal/contract year metrics • Review and edit all documentation submitted by staff; complete funder and agency reports • Maintain relationships with the funder, schools, school district, and community partners • Provide monthly supervision to Site Coordinators to ensure development and contract requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related area of study • Five years of experience managing the delivery of children and family-focused services • Must be bilingual English/Spanish • Valid driver's license with auto insurance; ability to work in the field to support staff
Salary: $63,000-$68,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 15 PTO days, 13 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, 403(b) with immediate 25% match, paid life/AD&D insurance, and mileage reimbursement.
