JSSA seeks a Development Associate to work collaboratively across the Development team with three primary areas: annual events, the Car Contribution Campaign, and the Scholarship Program.
Responsibilities: • Plan and execute JSSA's two annual events (Stars Come Out, Family Wellness Day) and support ~5 additional stewardship/cultivation events; manage timelines, vendors, RSVPs, and budgets • Manage the charitable vehicle-donation program, including donor communication and title paperwork • Administer the Scholarship program — application review, committee support, and payment coordination
Qualifications: Bachelor's and 5+ years of nonprofit development experience including event management; exceptional organization and attention to detail; self-motivated team player; strong Microsoft Office skills; data-management-system experience preferred.
Salary range: $60,000–$85,000 based on experience.
