Educational Alliance, a 130-year-old settlement house serving Lower Manhattan, seeks an Associate Director of Workforce Development to support the Lower East Side Employment Network (LESEN) at the Manny Cantor Center.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate LESEN efforts across training providers, employers, and agencies; streamline communications and shared resources • Build relationships with member organizations; serve as MCC's LESEN liaison; coordinate job fairs • Establish referral processes for stipends, scholarships, and childcare; oversee a durable-skills curriculum • Maintain data collection, tracking, and reporting to meet community needs and grant deliverables
Qualifications: Bachelor's in workforce development, education, public administration, human services, or related field (master's preferred); 3–5 years in workforce development or program/partnership management; data-management experience; strong facilitation and project-management skills; some evenings/weekends.
Salary: $75,000–$80,000.
