Gulf Coast JFCS seeks a Foster Care Case Manager (Osceola) to provide direct case management to children, birth families, and foster families focused on resolving or preventing child abuse or neglect.
Responsibilities: • Assess strengths, risks, and needs; coordinate services and referrals • Maintain required face-to-face contact and ongoing communication with all parties • Attend court dates, staffings, and meetings; provide documentation and recommendations • Transport and supervise children (including those with medical/behavioral needs); mentor and support foster/birth parents; participate in on-call rotation
Requirements: Bachelor's in a related field (Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Education, Human/Child Development, etc.), or Associate's/60+ credits plus 2 years' relevant experience; reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Salary: $47,500 (non-certified) to $51,000 (3+ years certified) plus paid training, 15 PTO days, 13 holidays, benefits, and 403(b) match.
