Job Description

The Louis Brier Jewish Aged Foundation (Vancouver) seeks a Manager, Office and Operations to strengthen its operational and strategic capacity, managing donor relationships, database, and key functions.

Responsibilities: • Manage donor stewardship and recognition programs (plaques, benches, tribute and holiday cards) • Process donations, pledges, tax receipts, and acknowledgments; support campaign management and grant proposals • Maintain database integrity and data security (Keela); reconcile with Finance • Coordinate communications, events, board meetings (agendas/minutes), and office operations

Qualifications: 2–4 years in office administration and fundraising; CRM/database experience; strong MS Office skills; exceptional attention to detail; knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions required; grant-writing experience an asset.
