The Oshman Family JCC (OFJCC), an exciting and innovative non-profit in the heart of Silicon Valley, is hiring an After-School Specialist for Club J. As a key member of the Club J Leadership Team, you will ensure educational excellence and compliance for children in grades K-5 — providing guidance and feedback to teachers, overseeing transportation logistics (including timely pick-up and drop-off from school to Club J), managing scheduling adjustments and absences, and planning developmentally appropriate after-school experiences.
Essentials include a high school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred), 1+ year of experience teaching in a licensed child care center or comparable program, 1+ years in youth program development, 12 semester units of Early Childhood Education or Child Development, a cleared background check, a valid California driver's license with a safe driving record, and Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.
