As a full-time OB/GYN seeing patients in Monroe, New York, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The role includes affiliations with two regional hospitals to ensure coordinated continuity of care.

Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive obstetric care — prenatal visits, fetal monitoring, pregnancy counseling, and management of low- and high-risk pregnancies • Perform gynecologic exams — Pap smears, pelvic exams, breast exams, and preventive screenings • Manage women's health conditions — menstrual disorders, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, infections, and reproductive health concerns • Conduct in-office procedures — colposcopy, biopsies, IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon, and minor GYN procedures • Provide labor & delivery support — collaborate with hospital teams for deliveries and inpatient care • Develop treatment plans — diagnose conditions, order labs/imaging, and create evidence-based care plans • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — work closely with midwives, NPs, nurses, and hospital staff • Educate patients — contraception counseling, fertility guidance, pregnancy education, and wellness support • Maintain accurate documentation — EMR charting, follow-up notes, and care coordination • Participate in quality initiatives — contribute to clinical protocols, patient satisfaction, and workflow optimization
Qualifications: • Current MD license in New York • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology • 1+ years of OB/GYN experience • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
