Job Description

As a full-time Midwife, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care at a multispecialty clinic in Monroe, New York. The role includes outpatient women's health and prenatal services, with affiliations at two regional hospitals to support coordinated continuity of care.

Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 annually Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b), and 4 weeks PTO Location: Multispecialty clinic in Monroe, NY

Schedule: • 3 eight-hour office sessions • 1 twenty-four-hour hospital call shift weekly • Commitment to 52 on-call 24-hour shifts per year is required

Responsibilities:Prenatal care — routine visits, fetal assessments, pregnancy education • Gynecologic exams — Pap smears, breast exams, STI testing, contraception counseling • Women's health management — menstrual disorders, perimenopause, infections, chronic reproductive issues • Patient education — pregnancy, postpartum care, breastfeeding, contraception, wellness • Collaboration with OB/GYNs — high-risk pregnancies and complex cases • Postpartum support — follow-ups, mood screening, lactation support, recovery monitoring • Documentation — EMR charting, care plans, follow-up notes • Quality improvement — protocols, patient satisfaction, workflow optimization

Qualifications: • Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Certified Midwife (CM) in New York • Master's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited program • National certification through AMCB or equivalent • Experience in outpatient women's health, prenatal care, and gynecologic services • Strong clinical assessment skills; ability to manage low-risk pregnancies independently • Proficiency with EMR systems • Cultural competence and ability to support diverse patient populations
