About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Producer to own the quality and performance of our shows. Reporting to the CEO on the Content team, this is a hands-on leadership role that combines editorial direction, production oversight, and team management. Please note this position follows a non-traditional schedule that includes Sunday hours.

Responsibilities: Editorial Leadership • Own show quality and performance; serve as the decision-maker on content • Ensure adherence to our standards for rigor and storytelling

Production Oversight • Manage end-to-end production pipelines • Establish workflows and standards • Step into scripting, editing, fact-checking, and directing as needed

Performance Analysis • Monitor analytics across downloads, retention, and engagement • Translate data into editorial decisions

Team Management • Manage producers, the production manager, and editors • Provide feedback and support hiring and onboarding

Show Development • Generate and develop new show concepts • Identify and recruit talent • Pilot and iterate on formats

Systems Building • Create scalable production and development processes with clear roles and responsibilities

Qualifications: • 5-8+ years in podcasting or audio production, preferably in journalism • Proven track record producing high-quality audio content • Background in news, geopolitics, or current affairs • Team management experience with multiple concurrent projects • New show development and launch experience • Strong communication and feedback capabilities • Hands-on audio and video editing skills • Familiarity with podcast analytics and performance metrics

Candidates should demonstrate a deep interest in Jewish life, Israel, and global affairs and a commitment to thoughtful, rigorous public conversation. We value intellectual curiosity, nuance, and civil debate.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, based on location and experience. Remote, United States; international candidates will be considered and must be available during Eastern Time hours.
