Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services seeks a Quality Improvement Specialist to monitor and evaluate programs and services, establish and implement internal control systems to monitor compliance, and ensure performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality program reviews and prepare monitoring reports
• Assist programs in identifying areas of needed improvement and best practices
• Ensure Corrective Action Plans are developed, submitted, and completed
• Review significant incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor compliance with accreditation standards and regulations
• Assist the Director with funder-related activities, including audits and meetings
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in a human services field (relevant multi-year experience may substitute for a degree)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance; ability to travel to meet program needs
Salary & Benefits:
