Touro University seeks an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office for Technology. The role blends roughly 50% project management, 25% business analysis, and 25% quality assurance across IT projects of varying size and complexity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage small to medium-sized IT projects across Touro campuses using PMBOK standards — charters, plans, execution, monitoring, and closing
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies with functional and technical teams
• Create communications plans, risk registers, and issue logs; manage plans and reporting in TeamDynamix
• Gather business and technical requirements from administration, functional managers, and subject matter experts
• Develop and execute UAT plans, test scripts, and defect tracking for enhancements and upgrades
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 2+ years of relevant IT experience
• Prior experience with IT project coordination or management, business analysis, and/or quality assurance
• Will need to obtain CAPM and/or PMP certification; CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
• Higher education IT experience preferred
Salary & Benefits:
