Hillel BC seeks a Jewish Student Support & Campus Affairs Lead to be the go-to person for student support and campus advocacy across BC campuses, ensuring Jewish students feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Responsibilities: • Lead antisemitism response and prevention efforts across campuses • Build coalitions of faculty, staff, and students; oversee incident reporting and long-term strategy • Develop relationships with university administrators and community stakeholders • Empower student advocates; monitor campus climate; support op-eds, statements, and events
What you'll bring: 3+ years' professional experience and a bachelor's degree; politically engaged and informed on campus dynamics; strong communication and facilitation skills; a trusted, compassionate presence.
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 CAD plus comprehensive health insurance, $500 wellness package, vacation plus paid winter break, and transit/parking coverage.
