Job Description

Scheck Hillel Community School, a large Orthodox Jewish community school in North Miami Beach, is accepting resumes for an experienced full-time Lower School Judaic Studies/Hebrew Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Scheck Hillel is a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence with a well-rounded, rigorous dual-curriculum program serving over 1,300 students in PKT through 12th grade.

Qualified applicants must have 3-5 years of teaching experience including Elementary Judaic Studies/Hebrew Language, fluent Hebrew, a minimum of a bachelor's degree, excellent classroom management, differentiated instruction, and organizational skills, and proficiency with instructional technology. Experience teaching Judaic Studies in an Orthodox environment, an advanced degree, and/or Orthodox Rabbinic Ordination is preferred; Tal Am experience and Educator certification are a plus. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
