Job Description

The Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF) is a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families in the Jewish community experiencing infertility through financial assistance, emotional support and educational resources.

The Executive Coordinator provides high-level executive, administrative and operational support to JFF's Chief Executive Officer, serving as a strategic partner who helps manage priorities, coordinates board governance activities, oversees communications and ensures follow-through on key organizational details.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, travel logistics, correspondence, presentations and briefing materials • Track the CEO's action items and follow-ups across departments, proactively managing relationship touchpoints and strategic priorities • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and staff, board members, donors and external partners • Coordinate Board of Directors meetings including scheduling, materials, minutes and follow-up on action items • Support day-to-day office and administrative operations, including vendor coordination • Manage client intake through web inquiries and the JFF info email account

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Coordinator or in a senior administrative role, ideally supporting C-suite or nonprofit leadership • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; high level of discretion • Proficiency with Google Workspace; donor database/CRM experience (Bloomerang preferred) a plus

Salary: $50,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.
