In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach within Jewish schools, synagogues, and non-profit organizations, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating our value proposition.

Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Act as the primary interface with Jewish schools, synagogues, and non-profit organizations to understand their hiring needs and introduce them to JewishRecruiter.com's services.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and website copy, tailored to our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Strategize, execute, and manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platform.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the Jewish community, attending virtual and in-person events (as needed and appropriate) to network and represent JewishRecruiter.com.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote job openings, and share company updates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Brand Ambassador: Enthusiastically represent JewishRecruiter.com's mission and values in all interactions.
Pertinent Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing communication, social media management, and community outreach.
- Deep understanding and familiarity with the Jewish community, its institutions, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in managing various social media platforms and using social media management tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and fostering relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Hebrew is a plus, but not required.
