Job Description

Jewish Family Service of Metro Detroit seeks a compassionate and skilled Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LLMSW) to provide assessment and individual, family, and group therapy across a balanced hybrid caseload: approximately 50% home-based clinical care and 50% in-office and telehealth services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy in clients' homes, JFS office settings, and via telehealth

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, treatment plans, and safety plans

• Provide crisis intervention, care coordination, and referrals; collaborate with onsite psychiatrists, physicians, schools, and community partners

• Maintain timely, compliant documentation in the electronic health record

• Offer flexible scheduling, including up to two evening sessions per week

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work and active Michigan LMSW or LLMSW licensure

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

• Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, Motivational Interviewing) preferred
