Hadassah is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly analytical professional to serve as Manager, Philanthropy Reporting, Development Administration & Special Projects. This role supports the individual giving team by managing critical reporting, operations, data management, and special projects, and supervises a Philanthropy Associate.
Reporting to the National Director of Development, the Manager serves as a trusted partner to Individual Giving staff, volunteer leaders, and senior leadership, ensuring the integrity of donor information, overseeing complex reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Responsibilities: • Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team • Manage annual donor and fundraising reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity • Develop complex donor reports, donor histories, year-end reporting, and Annual Report donor listings • Serve as a primary resource for fundraising staff and volunteer leaders, supporting regional fundraising efforts • Research and resolve complex Salesforce and donor data challenges • Supervise and mentor a Philanthropy Associate
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • 5-10 years of nonprofit experience, including approximately 5 years in a management role • Advanced expertise in Salesforce and strong proficiency with Excel, Teams, and SharePoint • Demonstrated experience in donor reporting, financial reporting, data management, and project leadership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience supervising, training, and motivating staff • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and diplomacy skills
