Job Description

JFCS seeks a capable associate-licensed clinician to provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents — direct therapy, intakes, and assessments with a solution/strengths-based orientation addressing each child and family's ongoing needs.

Responsibilities: • Provide direct therapy and complete intakes and assessments • Use clinical best practices to engage formal and informal resources, including transition, discharge, and aftercare planning • Provide clinical oversight for coordination with external agencies (Department of Child Safety, probation/parole, DDD, schools) • Actively participate in Child & Family Team meetings • Collaborate with JFCS behavioral health and medical staff

Qualifications: • Associate license conferred by the AZBBHE (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT) • Level 1 Fingerprint Card without restrictions, reliable transportation, AZ driver's license and auto insurance • Bilingual Spanish-English a plus (salary differential offered)

Compensation: Starting at $65,000 for associate-licensed clinicians, plus monthly productivity incentives that can add significantly to base salary.
